Ballot Initiative Florida 2024.  — since june 2022, when the supreme court made its decision in dobbs v. Whether you vote by mail, early in person, or on election day, floridians will see six proposed constitutional amendments on their ballot this november.

There are five ways to get a proposed amendment on the statewide ballot: “this is unhinged and undemocratic.
